The event will be held on Thursday, January 23 through Sunday, January 26 and Thursday, January 30 through Sunday, February 2. Hours on Thursday through Saturday are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Visitors will be asked to pay a $5 admission fee to support the LBIA and CBIA foundation.

Those attending the 2014 Parade of Homes at Quail West will tour an assortment of model residences and floor plans created by the community’s Preferred Builders and base-priced from the $700’s. Seventeen new designer decorated, fully-furnished models by Stock Signature Homes, McGarvey Custom Homes, London Bay Homes, Diamond Custom Homes, Florida Lifestyle Homes of Fort Myers, and Castle Harbour Homes will be included on the Quail West 2014 Parade of Homes tour. These beautifully appointed residences feature interior designs by Southwest Florida’s most accomplished interior designers.

Quail West’s Tamworth neighborhood includes residences ranging from 3,000 to over 4,000 square feet base-priced from the $800’s while Newlands offers homes from 3,000 to over 5,000 square feet on estate-sized sites also base-priced from the $800’s. Stock Signature Homes, Florida Lifestyle Homes of Fort Myers and Castle Harbour Homes have created an assortment of Tamworth, Newlands and North Lake models for the Parade of Homes, including Stock’s 3,699 square feet Regency Manor residence in Tamworth.
