“The interior design is a transitional motif between the heavier, darker Mediterranean and the light beach cottage themes,” said Oldfin. “We used medium to light woods and background paints are cream, aquamarine and spa blue with bronze and gold highlighting to create a soft, flowing feel appropriate for this large, open floor plan.”

The Scottsdale makes a grand entry statement with a foyer that opens to a formal living room with a dramatic view across the pool and spa beyond. The dining room is an open space flanked by the living room and the kitchen, which features cashmere gold granite countertops and open-backed carved chairs, enhancing the sense of spaciousness in the area.

Stock Construction’s Majestic model is being built as a model for the 2009-2010 winter sales season. This spacious four-bedroom/four-bath home offers 3,830 square feet under air and a total of 5,671 square feet, including a screened and covered lanai and an attached side loaded three-car garage.

Raised ceilings and tray ceiling are found throughout the Majestic, which includes both a formal living room and dining room as well as a informal dinette and family room.
