Elevating Homesites and Lifestyles

The dream didn’t materialize overnight. According to Moody it took more than five years to garner state, federal and local approval of the unique community.

“Over a million cubic yards of dirt have been moved to create harbors, elevating homesites above flood levels, essentially rewriting topical maps, thus eliminating the need for stilt construction and often unavailable flood insurance coverage,” says Rivé Isles broker sales associate, Lanette Sporl.

Marketed exclusively to local residents since its inception in January 2006, over 50 percent of Rivé Isle’s released home sites have been sold, Moody reports. Home and site packages range from $1,000,000 and up. The Sales Center is open from 10 am -5 pm Monday through Saturday and from noon-5 pm on Sunday.
