Unprecedented Lifestyle

Since its release in February, Treviso Bay has been the talk of the town – and for good reason. In the first six months of marketing, the community has sold more than 130 residences. It’s not only the beautifully designed homes that are capturing the imagination of the Baby Boomer generation – but also the community itself – and its unprecedented lifestyle that surely will be the envy of residents currently living in other Southwest Florida golf course communities.

For golfing enthusiasts, three initials speak volumes when it comes to the quality of Treviso Bay’s golf course and clubhouse – TPC. That’s because the community’s 18-hole championship golf course, named the Tournament Players Club at Treviso Bay, is the only TPC network club in Southwest Florida and is being built and will be maintained to PGA standards.

“The course is currently under construction and due to open for play in late 2007,” commented Cheryl Deering, the director of sales and marketing for Treviso Bay. “We feel the collaborative effort between golf course designer Arthur Hills and PGA Championship winner and Ryder Cup Captain Hal Sutton as player consultant, will set a new standard for the ultimate Southwest Florida golfing experience.

The golf course at Treviso Bay is only the beginning. The community’s Clubhouse will be equally spectacular. The TPC at Treviso Bay clubhouse measures 52,000 square feet and will include formal and casual dining areas, a 350-seat banquet facility, locker rooms and a Champions Room for PGA Tour players.

“When the golf course and clubhouse are open, we’re anticipating some of the biggest names on the PGA tour will be playing and living right here at Treviso Bay,” said Deering.

Treviso Bay is a 1,050-acre gated, golf and resort-lifestyle community located on US 41 past Rattlesnake Hammock Road in Naples. Although golf will be one of its anchor amenities, the community is being designed so every resident, no matter their age, can stay as busy as they want to be.

“The social center of the community will be the Treviso Bay Club & Spa, which will consist of adult and children areas and feature such amenities as outdoor massages, a serenity garden, a movie theater and even unique umbrellas that cascade water into the children’s pool,” stated Deering.

The Treviso Bay Club & Spa is a 33,000-square-foot building with a 4,500-square-foot, state-of-the-art fitness center for cardio, circuit and strength training, group exercise rooms, personal training rooms, a Pilates studio and a spa with pampering treatments ranging from massage to skin care.

The Club & Spa area also includes a Bijoux movie theatre with seating for 30 to 40 people for watching movies and sporting events, as well as hosting educational programs and seminars.

The Carousel Kids’ Club, a supervised play area for children, provides parents utilizing the club and spa facilities a short-term child-watch service.

Additional amenities include the Mediterranean Café for lunch and poolside food and beverage service, a children’s walk-up lunch counter and a tennis pro shop.

Outside of the Treviso Bay Club & Spa are the two distinct areas, one for children and the other for adults. The children’s area features a child’s playground and a child’s pool with large in-the-water umbrellas that cascade water from their tops into the pool.

The adult side consists of six Har-Tru tennis courts protected by a soft mesh see-thru draped fabric and a tennis pavilion. A 75-foot three-lane Olympic training quality lap pool, a resort-style lagoon pool with waterfalls, a gazebo bar, a day spa, a healing/serenity garden and 40 private cabanas are also located in this area.

Helping to foster an honored Tuscan tradition - the evening stroll - the parks of Il Camminata offer a series of three different themed parks located throughout the community.

The Treviso Bay Marina offers concierge launch service, a marina club lounge and dry dock storage. An Italian-style retail center with office space, The Shops at Treviso Bay, is also planned for the site adjacent to the community’s main entrance on US 41.

Treviso Bay, which will have approximately 1,200 residences upon completion, is being developed by the Wisconsin-based firm V.K. Development. The industry-leading real estate development company specializes in designing and creating unique neighborhoods, commercial developments and mixed-use communities.

Homes offered in Treviso Bay include attached villas, villas, grand villas, coach homes, semi-custom executive homes, custom estate homes and tower residences. Prices currently range from approximately $750,000 to more than $2 million.
