The Granada, according to Reed, is one of Titan Custom Homes’ most popular floor plans and has been designed with higher level of finishes, as well as the more popular upgrades today’s buyers are seeking.

Upgrades as standard features are available in every home Titan builds: stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and wood cabinets in the kitchen and master bath, crown moulding and upgraded base mouldings in the main living areas, 8-foot solid core interior doors, a granite tub deck and skirt that surrounds the soaker tub in the master bath and Kohler faucets throughout.

Exterior upgrades in every home offered by Titan include an outdoor summer kitchen, an oversized pool and spa, a beautifully landscaped entry, tile roof, paver walkways, driveway and lanai and an oversized homesite.

As for the new Granada model, it has even more features including a surround sound audio system, a stained cypress tongue-and-groove wood ceiling in the outdoor living area with Turkish stone decking, an outdoor fireplace with granite mantle and slate facade, custom cherry cabinets in the kitchen, a GE Profile Arctica® appliance package, built-in cabinetry in the breakfast nook and polished marble in the master bath.

The spacious Granada model is a great room concept plan and encompasses 2,746 square feet under air with 3,802 total square feet. This home delivers three bedrooms, three baths and a study to its homeowner.

From the lushly landscaped entry courtyard area accented with six columns, guests pass through the double door entry and into the entrance foyer with the lofty proportions of the great room just beyond.
