   The home collections range from medium to high-end. The “standard” home collection is geared toward rental properties. The “deluxe” is ideal for permanent or seasonal homes; and the “total custom” is for those clients for whom the sky’s the limit.
   There are no rules; depending upon their needs, clients can add or omit items from the list. “Instant Home” was created as a way to help people with the decision process of outfitting a home. It’s like having an à la carte menu to choose from. Homeowners and interior designers can shop on their own, or one of the on-staff design consultants will assist in the selection process from start to finish.
   “When accessorizing rental properties, owners want to create a universally pleasing environment and are trending toward the more tropical look with lots of muted greens and brick shades,” says Hovey “But when they are furnishing their own homes, the inclination is toward a more conservative, less trendy, look in colors that they like, which in most cases follow what’s ‘hot’ at market.”

Once the fabrics are chosen and patterns selected for pillows, soft bedding and window treatments, Hovey’s expert team will create all the soft goods for delivery and installation.
